    I was a chronic Gout patent for more than 15 years. Usually, I have Gout 3-4 times a year. My last gout attack was on January 2017, and it was worse than I ever had gout. Gout lasted about 3 weeks, and the doctor kept increasing the dose of Colchicine which did not work. After this painful attack of gout, I spent hours doing my research on gout. Finally, I found a natural way to keep myself away from gout. I have not had gout for one year.

    I selected a few things to avoid gout, and they are apple cider vinegar, lemon, baking soda, and increase the amount of water intake. I drink 2-3 tablespoon of organic and unfiltered apple cider with half squeezed lemon or lime three times a day morning, afternoon and night. I use one and a half sliced lemon or lime each day. I learned that gout usually happens in the night. Apple cider vinegar and lemon increase the PH balance of the body and stop from happening Gout. Every 3-4 days, I drink baking soda with lemon or lime. Baking soda can increase the blood pressure, and therefore, it is not recommended to the person with high blood pressure. I have been drinking 4-5 beer every Friday. I know alcohol is the first thing to avoid for Gout. I have not changed my diet. Also, I am a physically inactive person. To my surprise, I have not had gout for the whole year. I am just sharing my story to other gout patients because it can help from happening gout. Let me know if it works to you.
